Hey there, I'm Amber Hale!

I'm a Health Coach and the co-creator of the Beat Belly Bloat program. My husband Chris and I help busy hardworking women (like you!ditch belly bloat so that they can jump-start their weight loss - using the same tools that I have used for myself over the last several years!

We use a combination of fat-burning workouts, delicious healthy recipes, a mini-elimination diet, and accountability during our 4-week program which has produced AMAZING results for the ladies who are committed to their success.

We are going to STOP the dieting madness once and for all by creating a customized program that will allow you to start losing weight and the bloat simply by eating whole delicious foods that work best for your body. During the program, I will be here to support you every step of the way as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

With my One-on-One Health Coaching Program, you will…

  • two 45-minute Facetime or phone sessions per month

  • e-mail support between sessions Monday-Friday

  • delicious recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare

  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want

  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge

  • my personal commitment to your health and success

I was referred to Amber through my friend and I never write google reviews but honestly, Amber was amazing to work with! I was hesitant at first because I do not believe in diets, as they always seem to swing the other way. In our first conversation, she put me at ease because she really listened to what my own personal goals were and didn’t push any agenda on me. She understands that everybody and every BODY is different, and I felt that she totally crafted my program to ME. She pushed me to get those workouts in, even if I could only manage a walk that day- she kept me on track - which is a really big thing for me. She also helped me find balance with my diet and coached me on what would help me stick with my plan in order to achieve my goals. Also the app she uses is VERY good! It’s super flexible - she assigns you workouts, but you can go in and rearrange them if you find that you’re too busy or whatever on certain days. I also needed the check-ins and she made herself really available.

Why we use the elimination diet with our clients to set the foundation for their health:

Success Stories

It’s hard to find the right words to express my gratitude to both Amber and Chris. I am a mother of two active little boys (5 and 3) and never seemed to bounce back like all those other mother runners. Last year I ran the Marine Corps Marathon and the Las Vegas Half Marathon. My times were ok, but my energy levels were down and I always felt blah and exhausted. A fellow runner Amanda Brooks (@runtothefinish) mentioned Amber and her 28 Day Beat Belly Bloat on Instagram. I was instantly drawn to Amber and her positive personality. So I decided that for my birthday I would give myself this gift. It was like this program was specifically made for me! I started the beat belly bloat program because I had been battling inflammation and thyroid issues. I’ve tried to lose weight and couldn’t so I really had nothing to lose. No pun intended. I eat fairly clean for the most part and have been avoiding gluten because of my thyroid. This program rocked my world. I loved the workouts Chris put together and the book with all the recipes that Amber did is amazing. I will admit it didn’t follow the program 100% but with that being said I lost 7 1/2 pounds.
